			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Selamat pagi, buat para rekan-rekan engineer semuanya. (Berhubung karena postingan ini dilakukan pada pagi hari.) ^_^</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Dalam melakukan simulasi LAB menggunakan GNS3 atau yang lainnya, rekan-rekan sekalian sering menggunakan <strong>Virtual Mechine</strong> seperti <strong>Virtual PC, VMware, Virtual Box</strong> dll. Dimana hal ini dilakukan untuk mengakali harga hardware yang terbilang mahal dan boros tempat. <strong>Virtual Mechine</strong> sendiri telah membuat sejarah baru dalam dunia komputer, karena dalam satu komputer kita bisa menginstal lebih dari 1 system operasi dan dapat bejalan secara bersamaan. Selain itu kita bisa berpindah antar system operasi dengan sekali klik.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Pada postingan kali ini, saya akan mencoba penggunaan <strong>MS LoopBack</strong> pada simulasi GNS3. Tapi sebelumnya, apa itu MS Loopback (Loopback Adapter)? Loopback adapter adalah <strong>Virtual Network Adapter</strong>, dimana sistem yang bersifat <strong>standalone</strong> yang terkoneksi ke perangkat jaringan <strong>switch/router</strong> atau juga PC yang lain. <strong>Loopback adapter</strong> biasanya juga digunakan untuk menghubungkan antara sistem operasi yang sedang running dengan  sistem operasi yang ada di virtual mechine selain itu berguna untuk menginstall aplikasi-aplikasi yang mewajibkan Network dalam keadaan connected (IP up) salah satunya pada saat instalasi Active Directory pada Windows server.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Sebelum saya memberitahukan cara penggunaannya pada GNS3,  saya akan memberitahukan cara instalasinya pada <strong>Windows 7. </strong></p>

<p>Pada postingan kali ini saya akan mencoba berbagi cara konfigurasi MPLS menggunakan simulasi GNS3.</p>
<p>Hmmm&#8230; MPLS? Apa itu MPLS.</p>
<p>Menurut Wikipedia.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><em><strong>Multiprotocol Label Switching</strong></em> (disingkat menjadi <strong>MPLS</strong>) adalah teknologi penyampaian paket pada <a title="Jaringan komputer" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaringan_komputer">jaringan</a> backbone berkecepatan tinggi. Asas kerjanya menggabungkan beberapa kelebihan dari sistem komunikasi circuit-switched dan packet-switched yang melahirkan teknologi yang lebih baik dari keduanya. Sebelumnya, paket-paket diteruskan dengan protokol <em>routing</em> seperti <a title="OSPF" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/OSPF">OSPF</a>, <a title="IS-IS (halaman belum tersedia)" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=IS-IS&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">IS-IS</a>, <a title="BGP" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/BGP">BGP</a>, atau <a title="EGP (halaman belum tersedia)" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=EGP&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">EGP</a>. Protokol <em>routing</em> berada pada <a title="OSI Reference Model" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/OSI_Reference_Model">lapisan <em>network</em> (ketiga) dalam sistem OSI</a>, sedangkan MPLS berada di antara lapisan kedua dan ketiga.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Prinsip kerja MPLS ialah menggabungkan kecepatan <em>switching</em> pada <em>layer 2</em> dengan kemampuan <em>routing</em> dan skalabilitas pada <em>layer 3</em>. Cara kerjanya adalah dengan menyelipkan <em>label</em> di antara <em>header</em> <em>layer 2</em> dan <em>layer 3</em> pada paket yang diteruskan. Label dihasilkan oleh <em>Label-Switching Router</em> dimana bertindak sebagai penghubung jaringan MPLS dengan jaringan luar. <em>Label</em> berisi informasi tujuan <em>node</em> selanjutnya kemana paket harus dikirim. Kemudian paket diteruskan ke <em>node</em> berikutnya, di <em>node</em> ini label paket akan dilepas dan diberi label yang baru yang berisi tujuan berikutnya. Paket-paket diteruskan dalam path yang disebut <a title="LSP (halaman belum tersedia)" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=LSP&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">LSP</a> (<em>Label Switching Path</em>).</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Komponen MPLS:</p>
<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify;"><em><strong>Label Switched Path</strong></em> (LSP): Merupakan jalur yang melalui satu atau serangkaian LSR dimana paket diteruskan oleh label swapping dari satu MPLS node ke MPLS node yang lain.</li>
<li style="text-align:justify;"><em><strong>Label Switching Router</strong></em>: MPLS <em>node</em> yang mampu meneruskan paket-paket layer-3</li>

<p>Untuk perancangan kali ini saya akan mencoba untuk menggunakan router cisco seri <strong>3700</strong> sebagai router <strong>CE</strong> dan router seri <strong>7200</strong> sebagai router <strong>PE</strong>, dimana kedua router tersebut menggunakan IOS versi 12.4 yang sudah support untuk MPLS.</p>

<p>Pada kasus diatas, saya akan mencoba untuk menghubungkan 2 costumer yang akan terhubung diantara 2 kota, yaitu antara JAkarta dan Jayapura.</p>
<p>Costumer I   = VPN_A dan VPN_B</p>
<p>Costumer II = VPN_X dan VPN_Y</p>
<p>Permasalahan di atas pun terdapat IP Prefix yang sama antara Costumer I dan Costumer II, akan tetapi penggunaan solusi MPLS dapat mengatasi dari persamaan IP pada costumer.</p>
<p>Ada pun alokasi IP tiap router sbb.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">&#8220;<em><strong>Border Gateway Protocol</strong> disingkat <strong>BGP</strong> adalah inti dari <a title="Routing" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Routing">protokol routing</a> <a title="Internet" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet">Internet</a>. Protocol ini yang menjadi backbone dari jaringan Internet dunia. BGP adalah protokol routing inti dari Internet yg digunakan untuk melakukan pertukaran informasi routing antar jaringan. BGP dijelaskan dalam <a href="http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4271">RFC 4271</a>. <a href="http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4276">RFC 4276</a> menjelaskan implementasi report pada BGP-4, <a href="http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4277">RFC 4277</a> menjelaskan hasil ujicoba penggunaan BGP-4. Ia bekerja dengan cara memetakan sebuah tabel <a title="IP" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP">IP</a> network yang menunjuk ke jaringan yg dapat dicapai antar <a title="Autonomous System" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonomous_System">Autonomous System</a> (AS). Hal ini digambarkan sebagai sebuah <a title="Protokol path vector (halaman belum tersedia)" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Protokol_path_vector&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">protokol path vector</a>. BGP tidak menggunakan metrik <a title="IGP (halaman belum tersedia)" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=IGP&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">IGP</a> (Interior Gateway Protocol) tradisional, tapi membuat routing decision berdasarkan path, network policies, dan atau ruleset. BGP versi 4 masih digunakan hingga saat ini . BGP mendukung <a title="Class Inter-Domain Routing (halaman belum tersedia)" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Class_Inter-Domain_Routing&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">Class Inter-Domain Routing</a> dan menggunakan <a title="Route aggregation" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Route_aggregation">route aggregation</a> untuk mengurangi ukuran tabel routing. sejak tahun 1994, BGP-4 telah digunakan di Internet. semua versi dibawahnya sudah tidak digunakan. BGP diciptakan untuk menggantikan protokol routing <a title="EGP (halaman belum tersedia)" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=EGP&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">EGP</a> yang mengijinkan routing secara tersebar sehingga tidak harus mengacu pada satu jaringan <a title="Backbone (halaman belum tersedia)" href="http://id.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Backbone&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1">backbone</a> saja.</em>&#8220;</p>
<p>Nah, untuk percobaan topology kali ini saya akan mencoba routing protocol tersebut dengan menggabungkan metode redistribute dengan routing protocol OSPF.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Policy-Based Routing adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengatur flow network, atau dengan kata lain digunakan untuk mengatur alur data pada jaringan yang dirancang tanpa harus mengikuti Routing Table pada Router.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Agar flow jaringan yang dibuat tidak mengikuti Routing Table maka policy dari yang dirancang diletakkan/digenerate pada interface sebelum (inbound) data disalurkan pada jaringan router berikutnya yang akan dilalui (next hop router/next hop ip).</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Oke, untuk lebih jelasnya saya akan mencoba membuat salah satu simulasi topology yang menggunakan Router Cisco 3700.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Pada perancangan kali ini, flow secara default tanpa menggunakan metode PBR maka jalur/flow dari network R2 ke BB1 akan secara langsung melewati R1-FR1-BB1. Pada gambar, garis putih menandakan flow jaringan secara default tanpa menggunakan metode PBR. Adapun gambarnya adalah sebagai berikut.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Dengan menggunakan metode PBR, kita akan mencoba untuk mengatur flow jaringan dari <strong>R2</strong> ke jaringan <strong>BB1</strong> melalui <strong>BB2</strong> dimana konfigurasi dilakukan pada Router R1 yang berfungsi sebagai Router Boundaies antara router-router yang lain. Agar flow yang dibuat tidak mengikuti routing Protocol pada R1, maka policy dari route-map yang dibuat di generate pada interface inbound yaitu FastEthernet 0/0. Adapun gambar flownya adalah sebagai berikut.</p>

<p><strong>Sebelum menggunakan PBR.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><a href="http://yudidjohan.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/before-pbr.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-785" title="Before PBR" src="http://yudidjohan.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/before-pbr.jpg?w=620&#038;h=135" alt="" width="620" height="135" /></a>Pada gambar diatas, dapat kita lihat bahwa tracert dari Computer <strong>C1</strong> ke IP Loopback <strong>BB1</strong> (3.3.3.3) melalui interface <strong>f0/0 R1</strong> kemudian melalui frame relay lalu interface<strong> S0/0.1</strong> <strong>BB1</strong> (172.1.1.2) dan ini merupakan flow secara default.</p>
<p><strong>Setelah menggunakan PBR</strong></p>
<p><a href="http://yudidjohan.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/after-pbr.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-786" title="After PBR" src="http://yudidjohan.files.wordpress.com/2012/01/after-pbr.jpg?w=620&#038;h=167" alt="" width="620" height="167" /></a>Setelah menggunakan metode PBR, dengan melaukan perintah <strong>traceroute</strong> pada Router <strong>R2</strong> ke IP loopback <strong>BB1</strong>, maka flow melalui interface <strong>f0/0</strong> R1 (192.168.1.1) kemudian frame relay lalu interface <strong>s0/0.2 BB2</strong> (172.16.2.2) lalu interface <strong>s0/0.2 BB1</strong> (10.1.1.1).</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Ok&#8230;<br />
Tanpa basa-basi yang panjang, kali ini saya akan mencoba untuk membuat perancangan jaringan dengan menggunakan metode REDISTRIBUTE.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Redistribute? apa itu?<br />
Secara garis besar, redistribution adalah metode routing protocol yang digunakan untuk menredestribusikan/meneruskan suatu routing protocol yang satu ke routing protocol yang lain agar dapat saling menukarkan/meng-advertise routing tablenya. Selain itu redistribution digunakan pula untuk meng-advertise semua IP yang terkoneksi didalam sebuah router baik pada IP interface fisik maupun loopback.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Pada prinsipnya router yang menjadi penghubung antara network dengan routing protocol yang berbeda akan menggunakan routing protocol sesuai dengan routing protocol yang dipergunakan oleh kedua network tersebut, misal interface F0/0 pada router tersebut berhubungan dengan network yang menggunakan EIGRP maka router tersebut harus menggunakan RIP dan pada F0/1 menggunakan OSPF maka router tersebut juga harus menggunakan OSPF sesuai dengan network tempat interface tersebut terhubung. Untuk membuat agar routing tabel yang dibentuk oleh EIGRP bisa diteruskan menuju ke OSPF maka dipergunakan redistribute RIP, dan sebaliknya agar routing tabel yang terbentuk pada OSPF bisa diteruskan menuju EIGRP maka dipergunakanlah redistribute OSPF. Disisi lain, dalam me-redistribusi suatu routing protocol ke routing protocol yang lain ada beberapa metric yang menjadi tolak ukur utama yang bisa di setting disaat meredistribusikan routing protocol tersebut.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Untuk teman-teman yang ingin mempelajari lebih jauh materi tentang redistribute bisa mencari materi CCNP untuk ROUTE.</p>

Dimana seperti yang kita ketahui bahwa EIGRP adalah routing protocol yang diciptakan oleh cisco system, sehingga hanya dapat diberlakukan/digunakan pada cisco router.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Jika teman-teman ingin belajar lebih jauh tentang routing protocol, saya pikir banyak blog maupun web dari master-master jaringan yang lain yang telah menjelaskan lebih detail, sehingga tidak usah saya harus mengulang-ulangnya lagi postingan kali ini.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"> Untuk postingan kali ini, topology yang akan kita rancang adalah sebagai berikut dengan menggunakan <a href="http://yudidjohan.wordpress.com/2011/07/21/graphical-network-simulator-gns3/">GNS3</a>. Adapun jenis router yang saya gunakan adalah jenis Router c3700.</p>

Allah tidak pernah janjikan kebahagiaan tanpa kesedihan.<br />
Allah tidak pernah janjikan kesuksesan tanpa perjuangan.</p>
<p>Kadang kita dapatkan kilat, petir dan badai tapi bukankah kita tahu ada pelangi setelah hujan?<br />
